Together, we create something that does not yet exist:
A place where technology does not destroy nature, but makes it habitable again.
The critical issue of the Doña Blanca golf PAI in Torreblanca has always been water.
They attempt to solve it with a €12 million desalination plant, pipelines, and total dependence on fragile
infrastructure.
I bypass the problem:

Atmospheric water production
Distributed water autonomy
Zero dependence on heavy networks

Result: we remove the main legal and ecological barrier.
Where the current system collapses, our model becomes viable.
But this project goes far beyond Torreblanca.
What we are building here is a reproducible prototype, a “Networked City-State,” an autonomous node,
energy, water, food, and connectivity and then a model that can be duplicated wherever the current
system reaches its limits.
I have already mentioned to you the equatorial experimental site project in the village of NGOMPEM,
in the Sanaga-Maritime department of Cameroon. But I have also narratively initiated an unprecedented
process of intellectual and cultural cooperation with El Salvador under Nayib BUKELE (you are both
informed). Nayib BUKELE is continuously updated on the proposals I make to you.
These countries are not the only ones. I could mention ambitions involving Cambodia, Russia, Giorgia
MELONI’s Italy, and of course France (as I am French) in the post-Emmanuel MACRON era. And yes, I
have political ambitions in France (though not in the way people think).
And there is a key point you will immediately understand: this project is also a product. Not real estate. Not
tourism in the classical sense. It is a narrative product. A place where people come to experience the
future. To learn how to live in the world to come. But a world different from the one a certain global
narrative is pushing us toward.
This place will allow us to test another way of inhabiting the Earth.
So we are not talking about ecological luxury. We are talking about meaning.
Today, building yet another golf complex with thousands of homes, hotels, and shops has no interest or
symbolic power anymore. Especially in a Spain and a Europe where society is steadily collapsing, where
younger generations feel lost because they see no future, and where the population is aging. I want to
change that, and so do you.
On the other hand, creating the world’s first sanctuary that is both regenerative and ethically
technological, that is a story people want to see. And take part in. Creating experimental centers for the
society of the future (a fair and balanced society in perfect harmony with nature) would give meaning to
the world’s youth, who will be the key actors in building the new world, our main audience and ally.
