Likewise, the citizens and ambassadors of a nation are also what the nation

affiliated ambassadors (circles of sages) organize education in such a way
that it can produce the best men, women and children, that is to say,
fulfilled, learned, virtuous, wise, altruistic and spiritual individuals.
