natural . The geoengineering of the Empire is based on the installation and
use of ground devices.

 Establishment in many places of Green / Vegetal / Plant Calderas
(assembled vertical metal structures which are covered with climbing
plants and which integrate an assembly of plants, shrubs and trees
selected for their characteristics and properties as well as a certain
number of electroculture / magnetoculture devices and generation of
atmospheric water. These pioneering humidity generators related
structures emit in their environment of electromagnetic waves
benefactors. Their form fields (wave-shaped) are also benefactors.
When several Green / Vegetal / Plant Calderas are installed on an
area, it automatically creates a local microclimate. Particular
distributions make it possible to generate currents of cool and humid
