Science misunderstood during the previous era was most often called
"magic". However, in the new era of the Green Empire of the East and the
West, knowledge has been brought to people around the world who are now
fully aware of the mysteries of the universe, the illusion of matter, of the
sacredness of the living and of a superior intelligence at the origin of
life.

The citizens of the Empire also know the faculties of the mind and are fully
aware of the creative power of the subconscious. The observation of
nature, the experimentation in the educational tourist cities and agro-climatic
complexes of the Empire and their great openness of consciousness allows
them to understand many laws unexplained by the science of the old era.

Diplomacy in the Confederation / Empire : The confederation / empire has
already started, since October 2017, diplomatic exchanges with certain
countries which will not be mentioned yet. Other diplomatic relations
will be initiated and currently developed with a large part of the
countries of the world as well as decentralized cooperation with all
municipalities with less than 5,000 inhabitants wishing to do so (THE
MUNICIPALITIES COUNTER-ATTACK sub-program).

The Green Empire of the East and the West has a real diplomatic action
plan to expand throughout the world. Its diplomatic model is Societal
