• an educational model based on cooperation, experimentation, storytelling, social engineering, play,
• a non-capitalist but productive economic system,
• forms of interterritorial “civil” diplomacy.

Show how to do it, not lead

I position myself as a kind of living manual:
• I write action plans, processes, reproducible models and educational documents,
• I describe each stage of implementation, structuring, principles of an autonomous territory, creation of social
value…,
• I aim to equip local communities so they become autonomous and drivers of change.
• It is a role of catalyst, not leader; I initiate, document, structure. Then local actors take over.

What I produce
• a set of books, websites, strategic texts,
• social fictions to stimulate the collective imagination,
• transferable organizational models.
I propose a “free” structure, usable by anyone who shares the vision.

What I expect from others
• That they read, understand, organize locally, and build infrastructures themselves,
• That they spread the idea,
• That pilot territories get started, communities, associations, citizens,
That experimentation happens from the ground up and then the model spreads.

Politics, the role of “Universal Mediator”
I position myself as an architect who provides the plans. The terrain, country, matters little as long as the building, the
social model, is constructed. This is what I call Civilizational Geostrategy.
It is a form of rootless politics; it transcends borders to address directly what I call “conscious humanity”.

In summary:
I am not here to finance, manage or control a system. I am here to design it, document it and transmit it. I want this
system to outlive me, function without me, and be appropriated by independent communities.

The case of Torreblanca, Castellón in Spain

Torreblanca, in the Valencian autonomous community, has already begun to exist in the future. My universe has placed
it on the map of the global imagination.
Torreblanca is now highly visible in a network of planetary ideas.
I have chosen Torreblanca as a utopian capital and experimental site.
The new image of Torreblanca is internationally distinctive; it is now a municipality linked to systemic thinking,
utopian innovation and social experimentation.
This creates a potential for intellectual, artistic or experimental attraction; researchers, curious minds, activists,
architects of imagination, societal entrepreneurs, digital nomads…
Torreblanca now benefits from a symbolic diplomatic springboard that it should use; associating with a “city of
peace” or “social laboratory” project strengthens its stature even within Spanish and international political circles.
It benefits from a unique and expansive territorial narrative; it becomes “the city spoken about in the books of
change”, not just a small seaside destination.
Torreblanca is intended to become an open-air project incubator and an intellectual and creative hub for the
world’s younger generations.
I act on the global perception that the world has of Torreblanca.
I create a parallel brand for Torreblanca more attractive for technological investment and digital nomadism than
simple beach tourism and Mediterranean sun.
