First stage: local experimentation

Carmen ORTIZ must initiate, together with her inhabitants, a concrete transition: transforming Torreblanca’s farmland
into a garden city and demonstrating that the currency can genuinely circulate in everyday life. Residents symbolically
receive one GREEN COIN EL4DEV, representing one certified fertile square meter. The goal is to anchor the currency
in visible local uses such as agriculture, municipal services, or sustainable tourism.

Second stage: inter-municipal and regional dynamics

Torreblanca must then convince the neighboring municipality of Cabanes. The challenge is to connect the two towns
through the Prat de Cabanes-Torreblanca Natural Park, transformed into a bioclimatic corridor. This gives the project a
