imposing vertical organic structures that serve simultaneously as biological reservoirs,
natural energy stations, and living temples of biodiversity.
Paul Elvere DELSART’s plan to strengthen the territorial attractiveness of
Torreblanca and the Prat de Cabanes-Torreblanca is based on an integrated approach
that combines ecology, tourism, agricultural innovation, and alternative technologies. The
