Aperçu texte
The LE PAPILLON SOURCE infrastructures are designed as catalysts of harmony
between nature, technology, and human communities, aiming to regenerate territories
while creating hubs of social and intellectual innovation.
The Vegetal Calderas, meticulously installed, play a central role in this system: they are
vertical landscape units rich in biodiversity, acting as ecological lungs and local
climate regulators. Positioned along national railway lines, they ensure large-scale
green continuity, supporting species migration, seed dispersion, and the climate
resilience of regions.
Paul Elvere DELSART's ambition is to weave a vast network of biological and climatic
corridors across Europe, connecting rural areas and natural spaces. These corridors
would:
•
•
•
•
restore biodiversity by reconnecting fragmented habitats,
reestablish a global electromagnetic balance,
strengthen ecological resilience in the face of climate disruption,
and generate positive local dynamics through participatory and regenerative
projects.
The transformation of Prat de Cabanes-Torreblanca, a wetland of great ecological
importance in Spain, into an ecological and educational Garden of Eden, perfectly
illustrates this approach: restoration of fauna and flora, landscape enhancement, citizen
involvement, and connection to the European network via LE PAPILLON SOURCE
infrastructures.
Sources of public funding
Sub-program « THE MUNICIPALITIES COUNTER-ATTACK »
Funding by an inter-municipal societal grouping of cross-national cooperation events and
infrastructures (« LE PAPILLON SOURCE » including the « Green/Vegetal/Plant
calderas ») - This is decentralized cooperation (without state intervention) - In return, the
financial income from the economic model of the tourist cities (mother cities) is donated to
the groups (1 group per country) and therefore to the various municipalities involved with
a view to initiating major societal transformations within these municipalities.
