The concept of societal Economic Interest Groups was created by Paul Elvère DELSART. These societal groups are
key tools within the concept of Societal Diplomacy, also created by Paul Elvère DELSART.
Societal Economic Interest Groups play a major role in the intermunicipal cooperation sub-program called The
Municipalities Counter-Attack and in the development of vertical, vegetative, agroclimatic, and ecotourism
infrastructures designed to generate beneficial electromagnetic fields, known as Vegetal Calderas. These positive geoengineering infrastructures are central elements of the agroclimatic, agrotouristic, self-managed, experimental, and
