BY THE PEOPLE AND PART OF THE
INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY

Dear fellow citizens,
One way or another, these elections will not be validated or
will be rejected. When it is necessary to start all over
again, faced with the observation of destruction, there will
be no question of starting over with the same calamitous
process, the same political model, the same actors, the
same ambitions. Above all, it will be necessary to form a
council of wise men/women (I think this is already
underway). At this precise moment, come get me!
We certainly need thinkers, but above all we need real
visionaries and actors. I have resources that escape you at
the present time. I have created an enterprising and
beneficent supranational entity detached from any organ of
the state. With certain ambition, I demand its recognition
from certain nations of the international community.
Do not doubt the success because I have a plan!
