RAILCOOP
"LE PAPILLON SOURCE" relies on the support of the railways to develop its vector initiatives for social peace
and societal diplomacy. “EL4DEV” plans to build agro-climatic plant complexes (plant calderas) along the
BORDEAUX-LYON railway line to begin with. Municipalities and other local authorities have already become
members; this represents an excellent opportunity for the EL4DEV program to propose to the municipalities its
project to create a national societal EIG. The company "RAILCOOP" could serve as a means to reach the
targeted municipalities.
