SELF-MANAGED FOOD BANKS CITIES OR AGRO-CLIMATIC CITIES
These self-managed cities will therefore be showcases for future progress in the modernization of the food
security system, the improvement of agricultural, water and ecological policies, geoengineering, agricultural
advice, the transfer of new and efficient green technologies then training through experience - pilot cities
which thus pave the way for a new model of community functioning and management. This ethical model is
very effective and is applicable to all municipalities around the world.

THE MUNICIPALITIES COUNTER-ATTACK
Sub-program for the development and empowerment of municipalities in France and around the world, in
particular the smallest (less than 5,000 inhabitants), offering them decentralized cooperation and grouping
through the constitution of a societal EIG. This program is also the main (but not the only) funding mechanism
for future cities labeled LE PAPILLON SOURCE.

These are the key modules, initiating elements, the generators of the future agro-climatic cities labeled LE
PAPILLON SOURCE - These are vertical eco-landscaped plant complexes intended to emit positive
vibratory waves in their surroundings - These can resemble vertical farms (because they also have an
agricultural function) without being similar to them. These include lush sanctuary forest gardens that can be
visited in 3 dimensions and refuges / landmarks for birds and bees. These structures use electro culture
(including magneto culture), permaculture, ferroelectricity, piezoelectricity, shape waves, chembusters, etc.
