PROJECT SUPPORTING STRUCTURES
A NETWORK OF NON-PROFITS IN France
DISTRIBUTED ARCHITECTURE and NETWORKCENTRISM - 7 non-profits under the 1901 Act are created in
France. They are interconnected. Each of them performs a distinct role in the program / process. The
parent non-profit is the think tank "LE PAPILLON SOURCE EL4DEV". The latter collects funds and
distributes them to others.

THE SPECIAL FEATURES OF THE PROJECT
A MODULAR PROJECT - A GIANT PUZZLE
DISTRIBUTED ARCHITECTURE and NETWORKCENTRISM - A project developing in 3 distinct phases. The
project represents a platform, a solid base on which will graft / interconnect other entrepreneurial
projects of various dimensions, all with a common objective. An unstoppable viral mechanism once
started.
These other projects will be satellite projects (developed by other entrepreneurs) + development
projects resulting from the collaborative engineering of the EL4DEV program, within future projects
incubators in theme parks labeled "The Papillon Source "
