THE NEEDS
THE NEED FOR AN ALTERNATIVE VISION OF GLOBAL GOVERNANCE
The incompleteness and ineffectiveness of international institutions call for urgent responses to be
found in the form of collective actions carried out by the entire international community. Yet, exercises
in drafting proposals for global governance are frequent but many concern the creation of a few new
institutions. Historically, these public institutions have acted without real interpenetration, isolated
from each other, that is to say without using the strength of all collective intelligence. It also seems that
current regulations are not up to the level of interdependencies.

THE STRUCTURE INITIATIATING THE PROJECT

Purpose of the think tank: Massively gather and create social and solidarity cooperation connections
between countries - Design, develop and promote educational models, development models, resource
management models and alternative tourism models - Design, develop and promote an alternative
model of governance and a new diplomatic model based on social and solidarity - Design, develop and
promote innovative leisure parks and eco-landscaped, eco-tourist, agro-tourism, agro-climatic,
educational and interconnected complexes/resorts as well as centers for multidisciplinary research and
development
