3 - At the outset, two narrative-cities and two living prototypes – City of Torreblanca Castellón and
City of Ngompem

Not far from there, still in Torreblanca, but within and around the Prat de Cabanes-Torreblanca Natural
Park, I anchor a multifunctional agroforestry ecosystem labeled LE PAPILLON SOURCE Inner
Europe and LE PAPILLON SOURCE Mediterranea. It is from this protected wetland on the Spanish
Mediterranean coast that vast Bioclimatic Corridors will emerge, designed to reconnect European
biodiversity (from South to North and from West to East). These will be the continent’s new green
arteries.

At the same time, in the village of NGOMPEM, in southwestern Cameroon, in Central Africa, I have
already secured more than 100 hectares, mainly equatorial forest. There, a second base will emerge on
40 hectares (multiple owners), partly cleared (with some forest areas): an experimental equatorial tourist and
educational complex labeled LE PAPILLON SOURCE Inner Africa, capable of demonstrating the
universality of the model.
It is from this rich territory, in the Congo Basin forest, that Bioclimatic Corridors will emerge to
reconnect African biodiversity (from North to South and from West to East). These will be the continent’s
new green arteries.
Later, the green arteries of Europe and Africa will connect via Spain and Morocco. Additionally, through
Greece and Egypt, they will connect to Asia’s green arteries by replicating the process from other countries
such as Cambodia, Russia, India, the United Arab Emirates, Lebanon, Iran, China, Japan, etc. The greatest
challenge will be connecting Asia’s green arteries with those of the Americas via Russia and Alaska, with
anchor points in El Salvador, Brazil, Venezuela, Canada, the United States, Argentina, etc. It will also
involve connecting Asia’s arteries to those of Oceania with anchor points in Australia and Indonesia.
