Torreblanca, Castellón – Showcase, operational base, and prototype of the 21st Century Ideal City.pdf

Aperçu texte
In short, I am transforming Torreblanca into both a showcase and an operational base: a central narrative symbol,
a field of experimentation, and a communication hub for my Reconquista EL4DEV.
Torreblanca, Castellón becomes the symbolic capital of The Green Empire of the East and the West. It is not a
political capital in the classical sense (since it is a horizontal system), but rather a moral and logistical reference
center.
Like Athens for Plato, Torreblanca would become a prototype of the ideal city. Over time, Torreblanca would remain a
symbolic mother-city (like Delphi for the Greeks), while each city-state would be fully autonomous.
EBOOK 1: EL4DEV – The Reconquista of Small Towns and Villages
And if the rebirth of our civilization began in forgotten villages?
In a visionary mini manifesto blending social fiction, political essay, and strategic guide, Paul Elvere DELSART, also
known as Henry HARPER, the Green Emperor of the East and the West, invites us on a peaceful epic: the Reconquista

new life and sovereignty into neglected rural communities. Living infrastructure, participatory governance, ecological
currency, societal diplomacy - each chapter is both a call to action and an act of regeneration.
More than just a small book, this is a work with two faces, both a symbolic narrative and an operational strategy, that
elevates rural life as a driving force for global transformation - a guide for building tomorrow’s world, starting from the
local.
Torreblanca, Castellón, in Spain becomes the heart of a new empire where every village can once again shine as a
radiant city-state.
EBOOK 2: Reconquista EL4DEV – The Rural Empire
What if the future of Europe were decided… in its villages?
In a context where ancient imperial dreams are reborn, driven by secret alliances and invisible strategies, Europe
wavers. Orchestrated migrations, deindustrialization, social fractures; the chess game seems lost from the start.
And yet, in the face of this threat, another vision emerges. Paul Elvere DELSART, social engineer and speculative
