The Green Empire of the East and the West (otherwise named The EL4DEV
Confederation)

It is a vision, a societal concept that comes in the form of a live-action role-playing game
in alternate reality, a massively multi-player strategy game in which the demarcation
between fiction and reality is particularly imperceptible or even non-existent. This atypical
game is highly experiential and culturally transformative because the actors act as
reformers of all the structures and codes of society. Its particularity: a very innovative
transmedia narration – The Green Empire of the East and the West is a vast ecological
and societal empire unequaled in human history by its atypical characteristics; a highly
prosperous empire in time; an empire in which all nations and territories are sovereign
and self-sufficient. It is a confederation of individuals and small communities located
around the world interacting in a decentralized way through numerous cooperation
agreements for a common goal. Also named « The EL4DEV Confederation », the
empire acts as a supranational ethical body, a kind of alternative « UN ». The Green
Empire of the East and the West has its action plan (the program « EL4DEV ») and has
its infrastructure (eco-landscaped cities and complexes labelled « LE PAPILLON
SOURCE » and their Green/Vegetal/Plant calderas). The Green Empire of the East
and the West is the realization of several political-societal unions integrated by many
peoples, communities and nations around the world. Its network is woven thanks to a new
diplomatic model: EL4DEV societal diplomacy. It is built on a new movement of thought
leading to a socio-organizational overhaul of global society: the EL4DEV 2nd movement
of Renaissance.

"societal" factor.
The goal is to establish several interregional Politico-Societal Unions:
• The Mediterranean Societal Union
• The African Societal Union
