Empire : The leaders of the various nations of the empire (KingsPhilosophers) and the various affiliated ambassadors of the nations (circles of
sages) follow a code of conduct similar to the code of chivalry or close to the
code of conduct for the Jedi Knights in the STAR WARS fictional universe
