peace as well as respect for nature and living beings.

The sovereign (Green Emperor of the East and the West) acts as a
positive guide and guarantor of the proper conduct of societal
development processes within each of the nations.

The populations of each of the nations can take the initiative and participate
intensely in all the reform projects of the empire. They are included in
the process of governance of nations and of world governance.
