family values leads more and more to moral degradation on society
and on children.

 The old diplomatic model, mainly centered around economic
relations, is at the origin of the imbalances. This only bases state
decision-making on cross-border economic activities, effectively
excluding the vast majority of societal aspects. Consequently, the vast
majority of states are no longer the authorizing officers.
