EL4DEV The Age of Collaboration.pdf

Aperçu texte
At the heart of our projects are the Vegetal Calderas, vertical
and vegetated structures that generate beneficial
microclimates for the surrounding ecosystems. These
agrotourism and climatic complexes create sanctuaries for
flora and fauna while revitalizing the most isolated
territories. By integrating these calderas along disused
railway lines, we bring forgotten infrastructures back to life,
beautify landscapes, and rejuvenate isolated territories.
LE PAPILLON SOURCE: A New Dimension of
Development
The LE PAPILLON SOURCE sub-program is a flagship
initiative embodying our vision of innovative, self-managed
agroclimatic cities. These cities integrate Vegetal Calderas as
fundamental elements and serve as hubs for experiential
education, tourism, research, and societal entrepreneurship.
They are models of sustainability and autonomy, creating
synergies between ecology, culture, and the local economy.
By bringing together communities worldwide around
concrete and inspiring collaborative projects, LE PAPILLON
SOURCE transforms visionary ideas into tangible realities.
THE MUNICIPALITIES COUNTER-ATTACK: A New
Intercommunality
With the program THE MUNICIPALITIES COUNTERATTACK, we redefine intercommunal cooperation. By
pooling resources and co-financing innovative infrastructure
projects, small communities gain autonomy and visibility.
This model of local, national, and public participatory
investment transforms communities into key actors of
sustainable development and local governance, giving them
the role of entrepreneurs and leaders of national cohesion
and societal diplomacy.
