ACTION PLAN FOR SOCIAL PEACE and SOCIETAL DIPLOMACY
FUNDING
A MODULAR PROJECT - THEREFORE, MODULAR FUNDING
DISTRIBUTED ARCHITECTURE and NETWORKCENTRISM - Except during phase 1 of the project, each
nation does its part in the general work - To each his own budget - Cooperation events and the
construction of complexes are financed / subsidized by local private / public actors (in particular the
municipalities). So the money stays in each country. No need for transnational financial transfers. Trade
embargoes around the world cannot stop the movement.
DISTRIBUTED ARCHITECTURE and NETWORKCENTRISM - Crowdfunding campaigns will take place by
country and by modules to be funded (communication, transnational cooperation events, satellite
projects, specific activities linked to THE MUNICIPALITIES COUNTER-ATTACK program, Web
development, production of graphic content, etc.).
DISTRIBUTED ARCHITECTURE and NETWORKCENTRISM - An economic model will be put in place during
the different development phases by launching satellite projects led by other individuals devoted to the
EL4DEV cause. For exemple: http://pacform.fr/
KEY ASSETS FOR NATIONS
LOCAL INITIATIVES, A LOCAL CIRCULAR ECONOMY, LOCAL BENEFITS
All countries will be actors in the process. The infrastructures built will all belong to local societal groups
of municipalities. The funds raised will be local. The commercial benefits generated will be for the local
societal groups of municipalities. The jobs generated will be local.
Each country is an autonomous unit.
HOW TO SUCCEED THE PROGRAM
All the COUNTRIES OF THE WORLD ARE TARGET BY POWERFUL COMMUNICATION, SIMULTANEOUSLY,
and are INITIATORS OF THE TRANSDICIPLINARY CO-CREATION MOVEMENT (similar to a new Renaissance
movement)
SOME KEY INITIATOR COUNTRIES: (not designated in this document)
Partner and contributor entrepreneurs: carriers of independent satellite projects
Millions of individuals that are actors and contributors: the international community
Millions of municipalities around the world (especially those with less than 5,000 inhabitants) that are
contributors and clients operating in organized groups to create new power
