political-societal union :
All the countries bordering the Pacific Ocean, the Gulf of Thailand, the South
China Sea, the East China Sea, the Philippine Sea, the Yellow Sea and the Sea
of Japan
American countries currently hosting large Chinese and Russian diasporas
Other countries located on the American continent

Objective: a liberation, transmutation, of the cellular memories (transgenerational memories) of humanity which will bring about a modification of
the information (underlies a belief system). It is about bringing an end to
repetitive patterns and pathogenic emotions that generate discomfort and
therefore conflicts. Individuals will thus be re-encoded with new information
modifying their relationship to the world.

MY VISION
"The only way to achieve this
consent of the mass (at the
macro level) is to focus only
on the micro level - through
real-time experimentation
carried out by the actors of
each of the territories around
the world and then to
massively share these
experiences.
These territorial dynamics of
the EL4DEV program are all
unique since they take into
account each local socialeconomic and cultural
particularity.
They are initiated by
experience-based projects
and then become strongly
viral thanks to information
technologies (highly
interactive projects)."
