Back to the Future
In the history of humankind, every civilization has sought after the design of perfect, shiny,
well governed and model cities. The utopian literary genre describes it accurately. Such cities
have a strong influencing power and leave profound marks on the minds. Plato also touched
upon the subject in his story: « The Republic ».
The Papillon Source cities are no exceptions to the rule. The project will count different
labels depending on the cities’ host regions. The first label developed is the Mediterranea
label with centers in France and Morocco.
The cities will fall under two types of vocation : agricultural-climatic or educative and
touristic.

Transcontinental, decentralized and interconnected cities
Our cities will be present on all five continents, thus reuniting researchers, teachers and
amateurs sharing the common goal of a sustainable and positive society.
Important incubators for transformative and multidisciplinary projects, the cities will be
conceived and managed by the international community.
Adapted to scientific, educative, and business tourism, they will be a heaven for lovers of
knowledge, research, and intellectual partnership.
